The 10k runners will do 1 lap of the 10k course

The 5k runners will do 1 lap of the 5k course which will be the second half of the 10k lap.

In addition to the new format there will be a little more raw cross country running involved too...

Signs will guide the way and marshals will be present as per normal - both stationary and mobile on mountain bike!
