What:
The inaugural Godalming run will take place this year on 4th June 2012, to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. Organised by the local running club, Waverley Harriers, in association with Sport Godalming and Godalming Town Council, this closed road run event is a major part of the celebrations taking place in the town over the extended holiday weekend.
The 10km and 5km closed road runs are through the historic town centre, surrounding roads and scenic paths. By taking part, you will be involved in a once in a lifetime opportunity to celebrate such an occasion, in a national week of festivities. The Fun Run will commence just before the other two runs and is aimed in getting everyone involved, of all ages and abilities.
If you would like to raise money for our charity with your run, you may contribute directly to the Sport Godalming "Go for Gold" fund by clicking here. Donate here or set up a personal Just Giving page.
