| What: |
Swim: Open water swimming in Hawley Lake. 750m course with an exit and re-entry for those doing more than 750m.
Bike: 6k MTB loop with both open tracks and single trails all through scenic woodland. We have kept the course the same as 2007, concentrating the bike course around the more interesting parts of Yateley Common and is now 99% cross country and 100% closed to traffic.
Run: 5k loop track, all multi terrain with slight inclines and trails. |
