What:
4k cross-country run: Mostly off-road grass and woodland tracks across Merrow Park and around Merrow Common. Adults and pupils year 6 and above. An action packed morning of different activities: Juniors (Year 3-6) events to include medal running races, orienteering and other running challenges; Infants (Reception to Year 2) medal running races, obstacle races, and balance and throwing challenges.Where:
Start and Finish at George Abbot School, Woodruff Avenue, Guildford, GU1 1XX

Registration:
Enter online and register on the day to collect race number and timing chips. Please arrive in good time because there will be another 1000 people also trying to register in the last 10 minutes. The gun won't wait for you.
Parking:
Free parking in the playground and on surrounding roads.
Course
10k loop track starting and finishing Urban with a good dose of cross country for 2-8km
4k loop track same as 10k route with 1km of cross country.
