What:
Now into it's 8th year the Runners Need G3 series is well renowned for its tough cross country routes. Nevertheless we are always dumbfounded to hear that some athletes didn't realise it was hilly until they've completed the event! It is very hilly.
The routes have been modified to avoid bottle necks. From now on we hope to stick to the new routes.

Other information
Only £16 per event or save £5 when you sign-up to the Series - £43 for all 3 events.
Registration:
You will collect your race number and timing chip on the day. Nothing will be sent to you in the post.
Parking:
WARNING: Please share a lift and park tightly. Cycle, walk, parachute in or run to the venue to help reduce congestion and use the Facebook page to coordinate your lift.
Travel:
Guildford or West Clandon train stations are the nearest, although you will then need to book a taxi because there is no suitable bus service.
Baggage:
Key drop available and bag drop in our van.
What to wear
Trail running shoes or spikes are recommended, although some of the routes have short stretches of tarmac. The best kit can be bought from Runners Need.
Course
The G3 series courses boast hills, mud, sand and more hills! Expect some pain...
And the events always sell out so please enter in good time. No entry on the day.

Public loos.
Water
There will be a water station at the 5km mark and at the finish line.
Refreshments
Home baked cakes and bananas will be provided and there are two cafes on site.
Don't forget
Trail running shoes, leggings or shorts, tops, and heart rate monitors are all available from Runners Need.
Arrive in good time to register. You'll not receive anything in the post.
