The whole Route map
750m Swim route: An open water lake swim of 1 or 2 laps. A mass start treading water and swimming clockwise, around 2 islands. If you are swimming 1500m (2 laps) you must exit, run through the gantry and re-enter the water for a second lap. Download PDF map.
12km Bike route:

The bike route has been significantly modified to offer a balance of tough but achievable cycling tracks, overtaking opportunities and an enjoyable single track fast pace forest riding. The route is now a 12km lap. It starts out on a tarmac road for about 1/2 km then settles into a mix of woodland trails, short sharp climbs (all cyclable) and open tracks. There's about 30% fast downhill single track that are easily navigable but equally dangerous if taken at speed. i.e. you can ride it with a Hybrid bike slowly or fast with a full-sus'. The lap point passes transition. This means that the route comes back into the main transition area where Sprint triathletes will dismount for the run or Full triathletes will continue for a second lap. This will be great for spectators and hopefully give you that extra encouragement for the second lap. GPS bike route map link
5km Run route: GPS run route map link. The route is predominately a woodland trail run with some inclines. It's soft under foot all the way with some sandy areas, loose gravel and about 1/2km gravel track. The woodland canopy will offer some shade. A water station is pitched at around 2.5km marker. It is the athletes responsibility to count the laps and return to the finish line or take on the second lap to complete 10km. GPS run route map link
